Sublime AV installed Sonos and internet access throughout our house as well as putting in a surround sound system. They are incredibly helpful during installations and easily contactable for advice at other times. Whenever we had obstacles, such as the TV aerial connection not working, a solution was always found with them staying late until the job was properly finished. I would totally recommend them if you want to update your TV/music system and would advise bringing them in right at the start of a project to get the best result and to make sure you get things done right first time round.

Our Sonos sound system, Samsung 3D TV and home cinema system were all installed by Sublime AV. They installed and configured our home network giving us wireless and wired access throughout our home. The set-up was professional and expert and most importantly friendly and courteous. Once completed, a patient and clear explanation of the operation of all of this wonderful and complicated equipment was delivered to our family for us all to be able to operate everything that we use every day. Sublime AV were recommended to me for the installation of a new home 5.1 surround sound system, assorted equipment, 3D TV and associated internet-connectivity. The recommendation proved to be absolutely spot on. The attention to detail at the initial site visit was very encouraging as it showed a determination to deliver a full, personal and tailored installation rather than just another installation. The consultant’s obvious familiarity with the particular equipment I had acquired was a real bonus that allowed the set-up to be done quickly so enabling a longer time to tweak the sound to my liking. Buying new hi-fi and home theatre equipment is fun, but installing it properly can be a nightmare, especially if access is difficult. Sublime AV did an excellent job in installing an upgrade to my Pioneer amplifier located in an awkward position, including dealing with a couple of unexpected problems that arose (involving a follow-up visit) and reprogramming my Logitech remote controller. Their professionalism and experience was notable throughout. I am more than happy to recommend them for this and any similar AV projects/installations.

I was keen to have a company to run cabling in our school. The buildings are complicated in terms of cabling runs and don’t lend themselves to ugly, surface mounted, plastic conduits. How thrilled I was therefore, when Sublime AV turned up fully understanding the need for discrete cabling, sensitivity to period features and decoration and a ‘can do’ attitude to solving my ‘connectivity issues. Their reputation for working in the beautiful, period and contemporary buildings of the rich, is now understood given the care and attention afforded to us in our humble school – you can’t see the cabling! Traditions values, of professional workmanship, honesty, courtesy and integrity are not much too ask for but so difficult to attain these days. Sublime AV will deliver these in abundance and you will not want to bother seeking a competitor. I highly recommend them and will be booking them in again before I post this review!

My experience with Sublime AV was superb from start to finish. They delivered exactly as they promised, but also added some smart new ideas to my plan to kit out my home. Having recently undergone a full renovation of a new home, and working in the central London property market, I knew we wanted a high specification internet, audio, and visual capability. Furthermore it was important to us that it was easy to use as some technology seems to be quite daunting when, in essence, you just want to watch movies and listen to music. Simply put Sublime AV were excellent. They had a thorough understanding of the technology and were able to advise quickly and efficiently on possible set ups so that changes could be made with little hassle as technology advances in the future. I cannot imagine any other company would provide a better solution. We now have Dolby digital surround sound and a wireless and wired internet and audio system throughout the house.

I was introduced to Sublime AV by a friend when I commented how impressive his living room sound system was. They were very patient in sitting down with me and explaining all the options that modern technology could bring to my home. We recently moved into a new house and decided to treat ourselves to new TVs (wall mounted) and a sound system (Sonos) for the whole house, we needed to find a suitable installer and the equipment supplier recommended us to Sublime AV and we contacted them. Myles from the company visited us, without charge, at the house to understand our needs and offer advice on the best way forward including how to ensure the reliability of the sound system by hardwiring it using the house electric wiring, Sonos operates via the internet. We went ahead with them and they took great care to make the installation cabling as neat and inconspicuous as possible, including running in the wall without any need to make good. On completion of the installation which included setting up the Sonos App for the controlling the sound system, the installer took great care to take us through its operation step by step.

We are extremely pleased with the end result and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

With a small living room with kids and dogs we asked for a family proof home cinema installation. Sublime AV delivered and then delivered again!. Full of innovative ideas which suited our needs. It did mean we changed the layout of our living room which we were apprehensive about at first but once we could see the light our living room is a million times improved. Amazing as I’ve lived here for some years and could never get it right, 1 hour with Myles and my living room is arranged perfectly for life! All my home cinema (apart from the tv) was relocated to a cupboard and the space that has been created is immense! The installation was painless and carried out very professionally. Most certainly the neatest cabling and overall presentation I’ve come across. The most important bit is the kit they advised me to purchase, the combination is awesome with not one single regret. A site visit was carried and equipment tested from a range of options to enable me to make a choice with their assistance.

The new equipment was then professionally installed and set up.

With TV’s, Amplifiers and Blue Ray players all being linked to the internet as well as a home network media storage system it was quite a complicated business to install and set up. After an initial training session to learn the basics the biggest plus with Sublime AV is that they have visited me to carry out two more training sessions which enabled me to optimise the use of my new equipment to its full potential.
